Shipping Terms and Costs

Shipping within Germany costs a flat rate of €8.40 up to 5 kg, €11.10 up to 10 kg and €21.80 for parcels up to 31.5 kg.
For shipping within the rest of the EU, please refer to Section 4 of our Terms and Conditions.

We ship our items with our shipping partners DHL, UPS, DPD and Deutsche Post. Prices for international shipping are available on request.

We ship our products throughout Europe and do not factor shipping costs into the individual product price; we try to keep costs as low as possible. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are shown in the overview below (prices incl. 19% VAT):

Flat shipping rate Germany (delivery time approx. 1–4 working days)

  • Parcel up to 5 kg €8.40

Flat shipping rate EU (Zone 1 – Belgium, Denmark, France, Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands, Austria, Poland) plus country-specific VAT

Delivery time: Austria approx. 3–5 working days, all other countries approx. 3–12 working days

  • Parcel up to 5 kg €16.90
  • Parcel up to 10 kg €21.90
  • Parcel up to 20 kg €28.50
  • Parcel up to 30 kg €46.50

Flat shipping rate non-EU (Zone 1 – Liechtenstein, Switzerland)
plus country-specific VAT

Delivery time: approx. 3–12 working days

  • Parcel up to 5 kg €30.90
  • Parcel up to 10 kg €38.90
  • Parcel up to 20 kg €53.50
  • Parcel up to 30 kg €68.50

Returns

The customer bears the direct costs of returning the goods.

If you refuse to accept a delivery, the shipping service provider will charge additional, increased costs. Please therefore use the regular return process to minimise costs when returning goods.
