Shipping Conditions and Costs
Domestic Shipping (Germany):
Shipping within Germany is charged at the following flat rates:
- €7.90 for packages up to 5 kg
- €10.90 for packages up to 10 kg
- €20.90 for packages up to 31.5 kg
Shipping within the rest of the EU:
Please refer to §4 of our Terms and Conditions (AGB).
We ship our products using DHL, UPS, DPD, and Deutsche Post. For international shipping, prices are available upon request.
We offer Europe-wide shipping and calculate shipping costs independently of individual product prices, striving to keep costs as low as possible. Below is an overview of shipping costs and estimated delivery times (prices include 19% VAT):
Domestic Flat Rate Shipping (Delivery time: approx. 1-4 business days):
- Package up to 1 kg: €6.60
- Package up to 3 kg: €7.20
- Package up to 5 kg: €8.40
- Package up to 10 kg: €11.10
- Package up to 20 kg: €17.80
- Package up to 31.5 kg: €21.80
EU Flat Rate Shipping (Zone 1 – Belgium, Denmark, France, Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands, Austria, Poland) (plus country-specific VAT):
- Delivery time: Austria approx. 3-5 business days; all other countries approx. 3-12 business days
- Package up to 2 kg: €14.90
- Package up to 5 kg: €16.90
- Package up to 10 kg: €21.90
- Package up to 20 kg: €28.50
- Package up to 30 kg: €46.50
Non-EU Flat Rate Shipping (Zone 1 – Liechtenstein, Switzerland) (plus country-specific VAT):
- Delivery time: approx. 3-12 business days
- Package up to 2 kg: €18.90
- Package up to 5 kg: €30.90
- Package up to 10 kg: €38.90
- Package up to 20 kg: €53.50
- Package up to 30 kg: €68.50
Shipping to other countries is available upon request.
Returns:
The customer is responsible for the direct costs of returning goods.
In the event of a refusal to accept the package, additional costs may be incurred due to the shipping provider. To minimize costs, please use the standard return process when sending goods back.
