How do we collect your data?

On the one hand, your data is collected when you provide it to us. This may, for example, be data that you enter into a contact form.

What do we use your data for?

Part of the data is collected to ensure that the website is provided without errors. Other data may be used to analyse your user behaviour.

What rights do you have regarding your data?

You have the right at any time to receive information free of charge about the origin, recipients and purpose of your stored personal data. You also have the right to request the correction, blocking or deletion of this data. For this purpose, and for any further questions on the subject of data protection, you can contact us at any time at the address given in the legal notice. Furthermore, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority.

The operators of these pages take the protection of your personal data very seriously. We treat your personal data confidentially and in accordance with the statutory data protection regulations and this privacy policy.

When you use this website, various personal data are collected. Personal data is data by which you can be personally identified. This privacy policy explains what data we collect and what we use it for. It also explains how and for what purpose this is done.

Please note that data transmission over the Internet (e.g. when communicating by e-mail) may have security gaps. Complete protection of data against access by third parties is not possible.

The controller responsible for data processing on this website is:

EnviWell GmbH, Olympiaweg 27a, 49688 Lastrup, Germany, represented by the Managing Director Alexander Durban, Phone: +49 (0)176 31130272, info@enviwell.bio

Revocation of Your Consent to Data Processing

Many data processing operations are only possible with your express consent. You can revoke consent you have already given at any time. An informal notification by e-mail to us is sufficient for this. The lawfulness of the data processing carried out until the revocation remains unaffected by the revocation.

Right to Lodge a Complaint with the Competent Supervisory Authority

In the event of breaches of data protection law, the data subject has the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority. The competent supervisory authority for data protection matters is the data protection commissioner of the federal state in which our company has its registered office. Right to Data Portability

You have the right to have data that we process automatically on the basis of your consent or in fulfilment of a contract handed over to you or to a third party in a common, machine-readable format. If you request the direct transfer of the data to another controller, this will only be done insofar as it is technically feasible.

SSL or TLS Encryption

For security reasons and to protect the transmission of confidential content, such as orders or enquiries that you send to us as the site operator, this site uses SSL or TLS encryption. You can recognise an encrypted connection by the fact that the address line of the browser changes from “http://” to “https://” and by the lock symbol in your browser line.

If SSL or TLS encryption is activated, the data you transmit to us cannot be read by third parties.

Encrypted Payment Transactions on This Website

If, after the conclusion of a contract subject to a fee, there is an obligation to provide us with your payment data (e.g. account number for direct debit authorisation), this data is required for payment processing.

Payment transactions using common means of payment (Visa/MasterCard, direct debit) are carried out exclusively via an encrypted SSL or TLS connection. You can recognise an encrypted connection by the fact that the address line of the browser changes from "http://" to "https://" and by the lock symbol in your browser line.

With encrypted communication, your payment data that you transmit to us cannot be read by third parties.

For this purpose, and for any further questions on the subject of personal data, you can contact us at any time at the address given in the legal notice.

Objection to Advertising E-Mails

We hereby object to the use of contact data published within the framework of the legal notice obligation for the purpose of sending advertising and information material that has not been expressly requested. The operators of the pages expressly reserve the right to take legal action in the event of the unsolicited sending of advertising information, for example through spam e-mails.

Cookies

Some of the website's pages use so-called cookies. Cookies do not harm your computer and do not contain viruses. Cookies serve to make our offer more user-friendly, effective and secure. Cookies are small text files that are stored on your computer and saved by your browser.

Most of the cookies we use are so-called “session cookies”. They are automatically deleted at the end of your visit. Other cookies remain stored on your device until you delete them. These cookies enable us to recognise your browser on your next visit.

You can set your browser so that you are informed about the setting of cookies and only allow cookies in individual cases, exclude the acceptance of cookies for certain cases or in general, and activate the automatic deletion of cookies when closing the browser. If cookies are deactivated, the functionality of this website may be limited.

Cookies that are required to carry out the electronic communication process or to provide certain functions you have requested (e.g. shopping cart function) are stored on the basis of Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. The website operator has a legitimate interest in storing cookies for the technically error-free and optimised provision of its services. Insofar as other cookies (e.g. cookies for analysing your browsing behaviour) are stored, these are treated separately in this privacy policy.

Server Log Files

The provider of the pages automatically collects and stores information in so-called server log files, which your browser automatically transmits to us. These are:

An informal notification by e-mail to us is sufficient for this. The lawfulness of the data processing operations carried out until the revocation remains unaffected by the revocation.

The data you enter in the contact form will remain with us until you ask us to delete it, revoke your consent to storage or the purpose for data storage no longer applies (e.g. after your enquiry has been processed). Mandatory statutory provisions – in particular retention periods – remain unaffected.

Registration on This Website

You can register on our website to use additional functions on the site. We only use the data entered for this purpose for the purpose of using the respective offer or service for which you have registered. The data entered during registration is processed on the basis of your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can revoke any consent you have given at any time. An informal notification by e-mail to us is sufficient for this. The lawfulness of the data processing already carried out remains unaffected by the revocation.

The data collected during registration will be stored by us for as long as you are registered on our website and will then be deleted. Statutory retention periods remain unaffected.

Processing of Data (Customer and Contract Data)

We collect, process and use personal data only insofar as it is necessary for the establishment, content or amendment of the legal relationship (inventory data). This is done on the basis of Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR, which permits the processing of data for the performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures. We collect, process and use personal data about the use of our website (usage data) only insofar as this is necessary to enable the user to use the service or to bill for it.

The customer data collected will be deleted after completion of the order or termination of the business relationship. Statutory retention periods remain unaffected.

E-Mail Advertising with Newsletter Subscription

If you subscribe to our newsletter, we use the data required for this or separately provided by you to send you our e-mail newsletter regularly on the basis of your consent pursuant to Art. 6(1) sentence 1 (a) GDPR. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time, either by sending a message to the contact option described below or via a link provided for this purpose in the newsletter. After unsubscribing, we will delete your e-mail address unless you have expressly consented to further use of your data or we reserve the right to use data beyond this, which is permitted by law and about which we inform you in this policy.

Data Transfer upon Conclusion of a Contract for Online Shops, Retailers and Shipping of Goods

We only transfer personal data to third parties if this is necessary within the scope of contract processing, for example to the companies entrusted with the delivery of the goods or the credit institution commissioned with payment processing. Any further transfer of data will not take place or will only take place if you have expressly consented to the transfer. Your data will not be passed on to third parties without your express consent, for example for advertising purposes.

Facebook Plugins (Like & Share Button)

Plugins of the social network Facebook, provider Facebook Inc., 1 Hacker Way, Menlo Park, California 94025, USA, are integrated on our pages. You can recognise the Facebook plugins by the Facebook logo or the "Like button" on our page. An overview of the Facebook plugins can be found here: https://developers.facebook.com/docs/plugins/.

When you visit our pages, a direct connection is established between your browser and the Facebook server via the plugin. Facebook thereby receives the information that you have visited our site with your IP address. If you click the Facebook "Like button" while logged into your Facebook account, you can link the content of our pages to your Facebook profile. This allows Facebook to associate your visit to our pages with your user account. Please note that, as the provider of the pages, we have no knowledge of the content of the transmitted data or its use by Facebook. Further information on this can be found in Facebook's privacy policy at: https://de-de.facebook.com/policy.php.

Our pages use functions of Google+. The provider is Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA.

Collection and disclosure of information: Using the Google+ button, you can publish information worldwide. Via the Google+ button, you and other users receive personalised content from Google and our partners. Google records information about your +1 activities in order to improve Google services for you and others. To be able to use the Google+ button, you need a globally visible, public Google profile that must contain at least the name chosen for the profile. This name is used in all Google services. In some cases, this name may also replace another name that you have used when sharing content via your Google account. The identity of your Google profile may be shown to users who know your e-mail address or have other identifying information about you.

Use of the information collected: In addition to the purposes explained above, the information you provide is used in accordance with the applicable Google privacy policies. Google may publish aggregated statistics about users' +1 activities or pass them on to users and partners, such as publishers, advertisers or affiliated websites.

These buttons allow you to share a post or a page on Tumblr or to follow the provider on Tumblr. When you access one of our websites with a Tumblr button, the browser establishes a direct connection with the Tumblr servers. We have no influence on the scope of the data that Tumblr collects and transmits with the help of this plugin. According to current knowledge, the user's IP address and the URL of the respective website are transmitted.

Further information on this can be found in Tumblr's privacy policy at: https://www.tumblr.com/policy/de/privacy.

This log data may include your IP address, the address of the websites visited that also contain Pinterest functions, the type and settings of the browser, the date and time of the request, the way you use Pinterest and cookies.

5. Analysis Tools and Advertising

Google Analytics

This website uses functions of the web analysis service Google Analytics. The provider is Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA.

Google Analytics uses so-called "cookies". These are text files that are stored on your computer and that enable an analysis of your use of the website. The information generated by the cookie about your use of this website is usually transmitted to a Google server in the USA and stored there.

Google Analytics cookies are stored on the basis of Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. The website operator has a legitimate interest in analysing user behaviour in order to optimise both its website and its advertising.

IP Anonymisation

We have activated the IP anonymisation function on this website. As a result, your IP address is shortened by Google within Member States of the European Union or in other Contracting States to the Agreement on the European Economic Area before being transmitted to the USA. Only in exceptional cases is the full IP address transmitted to a Google server in the USA and shortened there. On behalf of the operator of this website, Google will use this information to evaluate your use of the website, to compile reports on website activity and to provide the website operator with further services related to website use and Internet use. The IP address transmitted by your browser as part of Google Analytics is not merged with other Google data.

Browser Plugin

You can prevent the storage of cookies by setting your browser software accordingly; however, please note that in this case you may not be able to use all functions of this website to their full extent. In addition, you can prevent the collection of the data generated by the cookie and related to your use of the website (including your IP address) by Google and the processing of this data by Google by downloading and installing the browser plugin available at the following link: https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=de.

Objection to Data Collection

You can prevent the collection of your data by Google Analytics by clicking on the following link. An opt-out cookie will be set that prevents the collection of your data on future visits to this website: Deactivate Google Analytics.

More information on how Google Analytics handles user data can be found in Google's privacy policy: https://support.google.com/analytics/answer/6004245?hl=de.

Data Processing on Behalf

We have concluded a data processing agreement with Google and fully implement the strict requirements of the German data protection authorities when using Google Analytics.

Google AdWords and Google Conversion Tracking

This website uses Google AdWords. AdWords is an online advertising program of Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, United States (“Google”).

As part of Google AdWords, we use so-called conversion tracking. When you click on an ad placed by Google, a cookie is set for conversion tracking. Cookies are small text files that the web browser stores on the user's computer. These cookies expire after 30 days and are not used to personally identify users. If the user visits certain pages of this website and the cookie has not yet expired, Google and we can recognise that the user clicked on the ad and was redirected to this page.

Each Google AdWords customer receives a different cookie. The cookies cannot be tracked across the websites of AdWords customers. The information obtained using the conversion cookie is used to create conversion statistics for AdWords customers who have opted for conversion tracking. Customers learn the total number of users who clicked on their ad and were redirected to a page tagged with a conversion tracking tag. However, they do not receive any information with which users can be personally identified. If you do not wish to participate in tracking, you can object to this use by easily deactivating the Google conversion tracking cookie via your web browser under user settings. You will then not be included in the conversion tracking statistics.

“Conversion cookies” are stored on the basis of Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. The website operator has a legitimate interest in analysing user behaviour in order to optimise both its website and its advertising.

More information on Google AdWords and Google conversion tracking can be found in Google's privacy policy: https://www.google.de/policies/privacy/.

You can set your browser so that you are informed about the setting of cookies and only allow cookies in individual cases, exclude the acceptance of cookies for certain cases or in general, and activate the automatic deletion of cookies when closing the browser. If cookies are deactivated, the functionality of this website may be limited.

Google reCAPTCHA

We use “Google reCAPTCHA” (hereinafter “reCAPTCHA”) on our websites. The provider is Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA (“Google”).

The purpose of reCAPTCHA is to check whether data entered on our websites (e.g. in a contact form) is entered by a human or by an automated program. For this purpose, reCAPTCHA analyses the behaviour of the website visitor based on various characteristics. This analysis starts automatically as soon as the website visitor enters the website. For the analysis, reCAPTCHA evaluates various information (e.g. IP address, time the website visitor spends on the website or mouse movements made by the user). The data collected during the analysis is forwarded to Google.

The reCAPTCHA analyses run entirely in the background. Website visitors are not informed that an analysis is taking place.

The data processing is carried out on the basis of Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. The website operator has a legitimate interest in protecting its web offerings from abusive automated spying and from spam.

Further information on Google reCAPTCHA and Google's privacy policy can be found at the following links: https://www.google.com/intl/de/policies/privacy/ and https://www.google.com/recaptcha/intro/android.html.

Payment Providers

PayPal

On our website we offer, among other things, payment via PayPal. The provider of this payment service is PayPal (Europe) S.à.r.l. et Cie, S.C.A., 22-24 Boulevard Royal, L-2449 Luxembourg (hereinafter “PayPal”).

If you select payment via PayPal, the payment data you enter will be transmitted to PayPal.

Your data is transmitted to PayPal on the basis of Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent) and Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (processing for the performance of a contract). You have the option to revoke your consent to data processing at any time. A revocation does not affect the validity of data processing operations carried out in the past.

Trusted Shops Reviews

The Trusted Shops Trustbadge is integrated on this website to display our Trusted Shops seal of approval and any reviews collected, and to offer Trusted Shops products to buyers after an order.
This serves to safeguard our legitimate interests, which prevail in the context of a balancing of interests, in the optimal marketing of our offer pursuant to Art. 6(1) sentence 1 (f) GDPR. The Trustbadge and the services advertised with it are an offer of Trusted Shops GmbH, Subbelrather Str. 15C, 50823 Cologne, Germany.
When the Trustbadge is accessed, the web server automatically saves a so-called server log file, which contains, for example, your IP address, the date and time of access, the amount of data transferred and the requesting provider (access data), and documents the access. This access data is not evaluated and is automatically overwritten no later than seven days after the end of your visit to the site.
Further personal data will only be transferred to Trusted Shops if you have consented to this, decide to use Trusted Shops products after completing an order or have already registered for their use. In this case, the contractual agreement between you and Trusted Shops applies.
